Terms of engagement
These terms apply when you commission work from Content Routehub, including a route performance review, fortnightly notes, a multi-depot comparison, a missed-window inquiry, a winter timetable check, or extra yard days. By sending a written instruction after we have quoted, you accept these terms.
The work
We prepare charts and written notes from completed delivery rounds, yard observation, and ride-alongs you permit. We do not supply software licences, in-cab screens, or a continuing login. Scope is the quote. Changes need a written revision of fee and dates.
Your materials
You warrant that you may share manifests, planned sheets, GPS traces, and access to the yard. You remain responsible for data about your drivers and customers. We will not use those materials to prepare work for another operator.
Intellectual property
The printed pack and PDF we deliver are licensed to your organisation for internal operations and for conversations with a named retailer on the contract we reviewed. You may not resell the pack or publish the charts as a product. Our working papers, chart templates, and methods remain ours.
Fees and payment
A third of the agreed fee holds dates. The balance is due on the briefing day, or on delivery of the PDF if the briefing is remote. Late payment may pause fortnightly notes. Fees on the site are guidance, not an offer capable of acceptance without a quote.
Yard conduct
You will provide a safe place to stand, induction where the site requires it, and two ordinary rounds for ride-alongs unless the quote says otherwise. We may leave a site that is unsafe. Time lost to a refused induction is not a reason to withhold the balance if we still complete the desk work.
Liability
Charts describe the fortnight we were given and the days we stood on the yard. They are not a guarantee of future windows, fuel use, or retailer scores. Our liability for a given engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement, except where the law of the United Kingdom does not allow a limit (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, and fraud).
We are not your operations manager. Decisions to split rounds, change gates, or speak to a retailer remain yours.
Confidentiality
We will not name your retailer in our public field notes without written permission. Aggregated lessons that cannot identify a yard may appear in journal pieces.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the United Kingdom. The courts of the United Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction. Our desk is at 7 Brynglas Road, Glenmore, PA20 7RP, United Kingdom.
