Prices below are informational. A depot with awkward geography, incomplete sheets, or extra ride-alongs will sit above the starting figure. There is no monthly product and no checkout on this site.
Fortnightly round notes
Redrawn delay-minute and missed-window charts for a depot we have already walked. Charged per fortnight sent, not as a rolling product you cannot pause.

Two yards on the same contract, matched hours, one regional briefing. A third yard is quoted after we see distances and sheet formats.

Missed-window inquiry
One named cluster of drops, two weeks of arrivals, a short note. A visit, if the cluster cannot be judged from the sheet, uses the extra yard-day rate.

September and October only, booked before 15 September for an October briefing. Later work is quoted as a January lessons note instead.

An additional ordinary operating day when two days will not cover night trunking plus van rounds, or when a cluster needs a ride-along.

What moves a quote
Incomplete sheets, mixed formats between yards, ferry or island working, and access that needs escorts all add desk time. We would rather name that in the quote than discover it on the second morning.
Deposits
A third of the agreed fee holds the yard dates. The balance is due on the briefing day. Travel booked in your name that cannot be refunded is treated on the refunds page.
