What we collect

From the inquiry form: name, email, optional depot town, optional fortnight, the work you selected, and the message. From a commissioned review: names and work emails of the yard contact and planner, and whatever personal data appears on the sheets you send. We do not ask for payment card numbers on this site.

Why we hold it

We reply to inquiries, perform the quoted work, invoice, and keep a record of what was briefed in case of a later question. The legal bases are steps toward a contract, performance of a contract, and legitimate interests in running a small professional practice. Retention

Unsuccessful inquiries are deleted after eighteen months. Engagement files, including sheets you sent and the pack we delivered, are kept for six years after the briefing (tax and complaint windows). Fortnightly notes older than two years may be archived off the working desk but are not sold.

Processors and transfers

Email and file storage may be provided by UK or EEA suppliers. If a transfer outside the United Kingdom is required, we use a lawful mechanism such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum. We do not sell lists of depot contacts.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where those rights apply. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. To exercise rights, write to hello@content-routehub.click with enough detail for us to find the file. We will not delete a sheet that still sits inside a six-year engagement file if we must keep it for tax records; we will explain that limit.

Yard observation

Ride-alongs and photographs of access points are taken only with the depot’s permission. We avoid identifiable faces of people who are not your named contacts. Driver names are stripped from packs that leave our desk unless you instruct otherwise in writing.
